The Taylorsville City Police Department was formed on April 1st, 2005. Officers were hired from existing agencies within Utah as well as Alaska, California, and Idaho. Many of these officers have extensive experience in law enforcement from Patrol Operations, Investigations, Community Outreach, Narcotic Enforcement, Traffic Enforcement, and Crime Scene Management. |
